High levels of cancer-causing toxins found in peanuts

Eldorado's roasted and salted peanuts contain significantly elevated levels of the mold toxin Aflatoxin, according to a laboratory analysis by Testfakta showing seven times higher levels than normal values. Testfakta's CEO Klaus Hahn warns that limit values exist for a reason, although the risk is low for everyday consumers if large quantities are not consumed daily.
