AJOURA – Terms of Service

Welcome to Ajoura (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Ajoura mobile application (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, creating an account, or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via the App or other communication channels. Continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. User Accounts & Registration
a. Certain features may require account registration.
b. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
c. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
d. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
- Harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm other users.
- Upload or distribute content that is false, misleading, malicious, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Use any automated system (e.g., bots, scrapers) to interact with the App.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or ban users for any violation of these rules.
5. Intellectual Property
a. All content, designs, code, trademarks, and logos within the App are the property of Ajoura AB or its licensors.
b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express permission from Ajoura AB.
c. A limited, non-exclusive, revocable license is granted to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial use.
6. User-Generated Content
a. You may be allowed to submit content (e.g., reviews, comments).
b. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content for any purpose.
c. We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Privacy & Data Collection
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.
8. Payments & Subscriptions
a. Some features of the App may require payment or a subscription.
b. All transactions are processed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.
c. We do not offer refunds unless required by local law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.
d. Subscription pricing and terms may change; you will be notified in advance.
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law. You may also delete your account at any time.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
a. The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
b. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or that the App will be error-free.
c. Use the App at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ajoura AB and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ajoura AB and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
b. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation and/or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the West Swedish Chamber of Commerce’s Trust Council for Mediation and Arbitration.
c. Users outside Sweden are responsible for complying with their local laws.
