Account and data deletion

Delete your AJOURA account

AJOURA account deletion removes your app account and associated app data that we are not legally required to retain, including saved articles, vocabulary, preferences, and listening history.

Delete inside the app

If you can open the app, go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. This is the fastest path and completes deletion directly after confirmation.

Request deletion without the app

Use this form if you uninstalled AJOURA or cannot access your account in the app. We may verify that you control the email address before completing deletion.

Data retained for limited reasons

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to document that a deletion request was processed. For privacy questions, contact hello@ajoura.io.
